Shipping Information

All orders are processed and shipped from our studio in Barcelona, Spain.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your destination and local postal services.

We currently ship within the European Union and to select international destinations. Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and in their original condition

• Returned in their original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
